Your WhatsApp number is your business. We're built to protect it.
A banned number doesn't just cost you a channel — it costs you the number your customers know you by, printed on your shopfront and saved in their phones. Most tools hand you a send button and leave that risk with you. Sandeshly runs on the official Meta Cloud API and watches every campaign while it sends, stopping it the moment the signals turn bad.

Official Meta Cloud API, always
No QR-code linking, no grey routes, no unofficial libraries. Your own number and WhatsApp Business Account, connected the way Meta intends — so the tooling itself is never what puts you at risk.
Tier-safe batching, automatically
Meta caps how many people you can message in a rolling 24 hours, and a sustained burst past that cap is itself a spam signal. Audiences bigger than your phone's tier are split into spaced batches for you, before the first message goes out.
A campaign that stops itself
If Meta pauses your template for quality, we halt on the very first rejection instead of grinding through your list — every remaining send would fail identically anyway.
Blocking detected mid-send
If Meta starts spam- or rate-blocking your sends, we pause the campaign rather than burn your quality rating on an audience that isn't receiving anything.
Undeliverable-rate protection
If messages stop reaching people — a stale list, or Meta limiting your delivery — we stop after about 50 attempts instead of pushing through thousands and dragging your rating down with them.
Quality monitoring and optional throttling
We track your phone's quality rating and its trend from Meta. Turn on auto-throttle and campaigns automatically slow down whenever quality dips or starts deteriorating.
Why WhatsApp numbers get banned
The cheapest WhatsApp tools work by scanning a QR code to link an ordinary WhatsApp account through an unofficial library. It's fast to set up and there are no per-message fees, which is exactly why it's tempting. It also breaks WhatsApp's terms of service, and when a number linked that way is banned, the ban is permanent and there is no appeal.
Nobody can honestly tell you the odds — anyone quoting you a precise percentage is selling something. What is certain is the shape of the risk: an unknown chance of an unrecoverable loss, on the one asset your customers identify you by. That's a bad trade at any price.
Official doesn't mean nothing can go wrong
Running on the official Cloud API means the tooling will never be the reason you're banned. It doesn't make you immune. Message people who never opted in, or blast a list you bought, and Meta will drop your quality rating, cut your messaging tier, and pause your templates — official API or not.
So we don't just hand you a send button. Every campaign is watched as it runs, and stopped early when the numbers turn against you. Blast radius is the whole game: the difference between a bad list costing you 50 messages and costing you 24,000 is the difference between a bad afternoon and a dead number.
What we can't tell you — and won't pretend to
When a message doesn't arrive, Meta returns a single code for a whole family of unrelated reasons: the number isn't on WhatsApp, the person blocked you, they haven't accepted WhatsApp's latest terms, they're on an ancient phone — or WhatsApp quietly decided not to deliver it. Meta won't say which, deliberately, to protect the recipient's privacy.
Plenty of tools will confidently tell you it means your list is dirty. We won't, because we don't know, and sending you off to scrub a perfectly good list while your phone quality quietly burns would be worse than saying nothing. When we stop a campaign we tell you both possibilities and point you at the two places to look.
Number safety — frequently asked questions
Can my number get banned while using Sandeshly? +
The tooling won't cause it: we use the official Meta Cloud API with your own number and WhatsApp Business Account, so there's no unofficial library or grey route to get you flagged. But no honest provider can promise immunity. Meta still restricts numbers that message people who didn't opt in. What we do is keep you inside Meta's limits and stop a campaign early when the signals go bad.
What actually happens if a campaign starts going wrong? +
It pauses itself. We watch three separate signals as your campaign sends: Meta pausing your template, Meta blocking your sends, and messages failing to reach people. Any of them crossing the line halts the campaign, leaves the untouched recipients untouched, and notifies you and your admins with what we saw.
Is it safe to send to a list I imported? +
Safer here than most places, but the honest answer is that where your list came from matters more than any software. We validate every number on import and stop the campaign if too many turn out unreachable — but we can't turn a purchased list into an opted-in one. Nothing can.
Do you throttle sends automatically? +
Batching is automatic: an audience over your phone's 24-hour tier limit is split into spaced batches before you send. Quality-based throttling is a setting you switch on — once enabled, campaigns slow to a safer pace whenever your quality rating dips or starts trending down.
What's a quality rating, and where do I see mine? +
Meta grades every business number green, yellow, or red based on how people react to your messages — blocks and reports drag it down. A red rating gets your messaging limits cut. We pull your rating and its trend from Meta and show it on your dashboard, so you see it moving before it becomes a problem.
