Plan prices cover the Sandeshly platform. Two things are billed separately, transparently: Meta's per-message WhatsApp charges (set by Meta, by category and country — standard across every official provider), and, on AI-enabled plans, AI usage, billed by the call at a small fee over token cost from a prepaid wallet. Starter has no AI.
Built to be transparent
Most WhatsApp platforms quietly mark up your message charges and sell AI as a flat add-on. We don't.
Replying to customers is free
Meta doesn't charge for replies you send within 24 hours of a customer messaging you, so your shared inbox and every back-and-forth conversation cost nothing at all. Order updates and reminders cost a small fraction of what a marketing message does. Meta's line on your bill is usually far smaller than people expect — and you can see it itemised before you send.
No markup on WhatsApp messages
Meta's per-message charges pass straight through at Meta's actual rates — we never add a margin on top. Most providers mark these up.
AI by usage, pay-as-you-go
AI is billed by usage from your prepaid wallet — token cost plus a small platform fee, with no flat monthly AI fee and no bringing your own API key. You only pay for the AI you actually use.

What is Sandeshly?+
Sandeshly is a WhatsApp Marketing & CRM platform, built entirely on the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You can send bulk approved campaigns, handle replies in a shared team inbox, automate follow-ups, capture leads, and track delivery in real time.
Is Sandeshly safe — will my number get banned?+
No. Sandeshly uses the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API with your own number and WhatsApp Business Account — there are no grey routes or unofficial automation, which is what gets numbers banned. As long as you message opted-in contacts with approved templates, you're sending the way Meta intends.
How much does Sandeshly cost?+
Sandeshly's platform plans start at ₹999/month (Starter), with Growth at ₹1,499/month. Two things are billed separately and transparently: Meta's per-conversation WhatsApp message fees (set by Meta, standard across all providers), and — on the AI-enabled Growth plan — AI usage, billed by the call at a small fee over token cost from a prepaid wallet. Is AI usage included in the plan price?+
No — and we keep it transparent. The monthly plan price covers the CRM and platform; AI features (reply suggestions, lead summaries, the FAQ bot) are billed by usage from a prepaid wallet — the underlying token cost plus a small platform fee. You only pay for the AI you actually use, and you can cap or top up the wallet yourself. Starter has no AI; Growth includes it on this pay-as-you-go basis.
Do I need a Facebook Business account or WhatsApp Business API to start?+
To send live messages you'll need a Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and a verified number — Sandeshly guides you through connecting it. You can explore the full product immediately in a free demo workspace and test sending in sandbox mode before going live.
Can my whole team use one WhatsApp number?+
Yes. That's the point of the shared team inbox — multiple agents handle one business number, with chat assignment, internal notes, and saved replies, which the free WhatsApp Business app can't do.
Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages?+
Yes. Upload a CSV or pick an audience, choose a Meta-approved template, and Sandeshly broadcasts with personalisation, throttling, retries, and scheduling — then shows you delivered, read, and replied in real time.
